Project description: Working directly with the architect from early design develop stages, TJOA aided the design team in working through the various complexities of the unitized brick cladding panels and interfacing with the oversized punched opening curtainwall systems and their integration with roofing and other specialty conditions. The

• Glass Specification and Analysis

• Detail and Envelope development (2D & 3D)

• Thermal analysis and Confirmation

• Shop drawing review and coordination relative to building envelope

We engaged the GC’s VDC department and worked through the various critical conditions identified by both the design team and contractors. By leveraging 3D modeling for these complex conditions, TJOA developed solutions prior to and during the shop drawing process which were then shared by the GC to the various responsible contractors.
