These two 12’ long by 3’ tall black framed panels are installed at Thornton Tomasetti’s Denver office. The macro knit material is a felt made of recycled plastic bottles and has been dip dyed to create a gradient across it’s length.
The black frames are to tie the artwork to the larger theme within the office and provide a textural aesthetic to the white walls.
